SpotXchange Appoints Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering

Two Industry Veterans Join the Executive Team at SpotXchange

DENVER , CO--(Marketwire - May 16, 2011) - SpotXchange, Inc., the largest global marketplace of video ad inventory, today announced that Erik Swain has joined the company as Vice President of Operations and Ben Sullins has joined the company as Vice President of Engineering. Swain brings nearly two decades of operations, product and strategy experience in the online advertising industry. Sullins joins SpotXchange with 14 years of software development and large-scale systems experience.

As the head of operations at SpotXchange, Swain will concentrate on executing plans related to the company's strategic initiatives and direct sales, and will help lead the growth of the SpotXchange real-time, auction-based marketplace by monitoring and managing video ad inventory supply and demand. Swain joins SpotXchange most recently from DataLogix, where he served as Vice President of Operations. During his career Swain has built and grown several early-stage digital media businesses, including the online ad networks for DataLogix, Clearspring and quadrantOne. Swain also led AOL's Advertising Operations, implementing more than $500 million in-banner display and introducing pre-roll and in-banner video to AOL Instant Messenger's advertising product suite.

As Vice President of Engineering, Sullins will focus on bringing quality and reliable technical visions to life and promoting efficiencies in development. Throughout his career, Sullins has held numerous leadership positions at Level 3 Communications and has led the development for high volume, highly available software for work flow, data management and order entry systems.
