Spriza Media Inc. Signs Partnership with Ball Cap Liner Inc.

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 8, 2016) - Spriza Media Inc. (the "Corporation" or "Spriza") (TSX VENTURE:SPZ) is pleased to announce it has signed a partnership agreement with Ball Cap Liner Inc. to build and promote a contest campaign to increase brand awareness and drive merchandise sales.

The Ball Cap Liner is a revolutionary and innovative product in head injury and concussion prevention. The minimalist design, comfortable-wear, and substantial protection make the product stand out among the competition. The Ball Cap Liner is a game-changer product in athlete safety for professionals and youth.

Through this agreement, Ball Cap Liner and Spriza will work with the Babe Ruth League, Inc. and the Cal Ripken League, two of the largest youth baseball organizations in North America. Both parties recognize the importance of reaching and informing youth of head injury and concussion prevention.

Revenue will be derived from Spriza's Agency Services to build and execute the campaign as well as from Affiliate Sales with Ball Cap Liner merchandise. The Spriza and Ball Cap Liner contest is now live and will run until June 15th, 2016.

Cliff Floyd, 17-year MLB veteran, and Adam Pauze, President of Pauze Innovations, are the driving forces behind the Ball Cap Liner. Floyd and Pauze recognize the significance of preventing sports-related head injuries.
