St. Bernard and GFI Software Sign First OEM Agreement for iGuard URL Database

Agreement Extends the Reach of St. Bernard's Web-Filtering Database to the Global SMB Market

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 15, 2007 -- St. Bernard Software, Inc. (OTCBB: SBSW), a global provider of security and hosted office solutions for small and midsize businesses (SMBs), today announced it signed an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement for its iGuard URL database with GFI Software. The deal further positions St. Bernard as a leading OEM partner for companies focused on providing quality, cost-effective security solutions to the SMB market.

GFI is a leading software developer that provides a single source for IT administrators to address network and content security needs. iGuard is St. Bernard's 100% human-reviewed Web-filtering database that powers iPrism, the company's dedicated Internet-filtering appliance, and LivePrism, the company's hosted Web-filtering solution. St. Bernard security analysts analyze URLs 'around-the-clock' to ensure companies accurately block employees from accessing inappropriate sites. The database is currently comprised of 63 standard categories, plus eight customizable groups. A complete list of iGuard definitions can be found on the St. Bernard site.
