St. Bernard Joins Jamcracker Service Delivery Network

Digital Distribution Channel Expands Capabilities to Meet SMB Customer Needs

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2007 -- St. Bernard (OTCBB: SBSW), a global provider of security and hosted office solutions for small and midsize businesses (SMBs), today announced its LivePrism™ on-demand services will be available for resale through the Jamcracker Service Delivery Network (JSDN) beginning April 2007.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jamcracker will offer St. Bernard's on-demand security and collaboration suite, LivePrism, through its global network of service providers, wholesalers and resellers. St. Bernard now has access to a services-delivery infrastructure designed to deliver SMB-focused products in a completely automated and streamlined fashion.
