St. Joseph CEO Comments on Status of RTO With Zone USA and Key Accomplishments at ANPI

TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - St. Joseph, Inc. (OTCQB: STJO) today issued a formal corporate update, commenting on the status of its planned Reverse Takeover (RTO) by Zone USA, Inc. and other key developments recently announced by ANPI, the principal subsidiary of Zone USA's 50%-owned company, ANZ Communications. St. Joseph's President and CEO, Gerry McIlhargey stated:

"Our efforts to advance the planned RTO with Zone USA have continued unabated over the past several months, with our attention continuing to focus on implementing our capital formation strategies in collaboration with our investment banking partner, Brean Capital. We are actively engaged in discussions with several major institutional investment firms and anticipate finalizing terms and financing structure in the near future.

"Meanwhile, ANPI's efforts to achieve industry adoption of its recently launched Hosted Unified Communications (UC) platform have resulted in a number of notable accomplishments announced by the Company since the first of the year. Specifically:

  • On January 30, 2014, ANPI announced that they inked a new partnership with Telecom Consulting Group of Florida (TCG), one of the largest master agencies in the United States. TCG's nationwide network of 500+ agents are now actively marketing ANPI VIP, a full featured Hosted UC solution with seemliness integrated mobility and audio/video collaboration tools to its clients.

  • On February 4, 2014, ANPI reported that Cirrinity Wireless, based in Wittenberg, Wisconsin, has selected the ANPI Hosted UC solution to expand its business services portfolio. In addition to their other offerings, Cirrinity is now actively offering ANPI's integrated UC suite to their business and enterprise customers for a fraction of what it would cost in time, money and manpower to develop and implement their own solution.

  • In late February 2014 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, ANPI officially debuted its updated ANPI VIP Hosted UP solution, noting that since its original launch in August 2013, the solution set was updated to include BroadCloud features, such as mobile client and collaboration tools, making it one of the few fully Broadsoft implementations.

  • ANPI has also made announcements relating to expansion of its national sales and marketing team with new channel partners being added to its southwest and northwest regions; and a new Vice President of Carrier Solutions being welcomed last month.

"We are very pleased that ANPI appears to be achieving fast traction with the new UC platform and fully expect that its strong growth momentum will persist and likely accelerate as 2014 continues to unfold," concluded McIlhargey.
