STACK Media Announces Content Partnership With the YOU Docs, Dr. Michael Roizen and Dr. Mehmet Oz

Renowned Health Experts to Contribute to STACK Media and STACK Magazine to Help Athletes Improve Their Health and Performance

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - Sep 23, 2011) - Dr. Michael Roizen and Dr. Mehmet Oz, authors of four New York Times #1 bestsellers on health, and Kristen Kirkpatrick, Cleveland Clinic nutritionist and regular guest on the Dr. Oz Show, have teamed up with STACK Media -- the nation's leading producer and distributor of performance, training, nutrition and lifestyle content for active sports participants -- to bring cutting edge medical information and advice to STACK's audience of web visitors and magazine readers. The YOU Docs will provide a series of articles on topics affecting athletes, including quality food choices and the effects of drinking and smoking on sports performance.

The YOU Docs' first submission, "Building Better Muscle," will appear in the Back to School 2011 issue of STACK Magazine, landing in over 12,000 American high schools on September 23rd. The article details how athletes can improve muscle mass, function and strength by consuming the right amount of nutrients at the right times.
