The list is recognition of a group that is shaping the future of the American economy and was based on nominations from the industry. This is the first year the Millennials in Staffing list has been published, featuring industry influencers born between 1982 and 2000.
WunderLand Group is part of the Advanced Group, which also includes Advanced Clinical, Advanced Resources, and Advanced RPO. In total, five of the 35 millennials that made Staffing Industry Analysts' list came from the various Advanced Group businesses, including Ms. Vrona from WunderLand Group.
Ms. Vrona joined WunderLand in 2012 after five years in public relations. She quickly became a key contributor and a valuable brand ambassador. This year Ms. Vrona grew her gross profit by almost 100% from the first quarter to the second quarter, focusing on the power of networking and building lasting relationships. Her passion for helping others carries over to her work with a local non-profit, Chicago HOPE, where she mentors underprivileged high school students by providing career insight, resume assistance, and life advice.
