Stafford Plastic Hinged Clamp Collars are injection molded from ABS and feature an integral hinge with a stainless steel clamp screw to simplify assembly and attachment. Manufactured to OEM specifications, these plastic collars can incorporate various mounting options such as a flat with a threaded insert, mounting lugs, and external lever arms or molded actuator tabs.
Available in sizes up to 4" I.D., Stafford Plastic Hinged Clamp Collars can be molded in custom colors with product identification markings. Ideally suited for applications requiring a non-corrosive hinged clamping collar, spacer, hanging device, or a low-cost alternative to aluminum or steel, they can be configured with modifications to the collar face, I.D. or O.D.
