Stakool/Anthus Life Corp. Found Great Success Participating as a Sponsor in Gymnastics Tournament

Awareness Increased Within an Ideal Target Market

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - Feb 7, 2012) - Stakool, Inc. (OTCQB: STKO) (OTCBB: STKO), a Florida-based corporation, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anthus Life Corp. found great success in sponsoring and participating in the recent Lady Luck Invitational Gymnastics Tournament held in Las Vegas, in January, 2012.

The Lady Luck Invitational is designated as part of the coveted 2012 Nastia Liukin Cup Series. Anthus Life was accompanied at the tournament by its official spokesperson, Shannon Miller, 7-time Olympic medalist. This opportunity had a resounding impact and exposure for Anthus Life and its Natural plus Energy product with the gymnastics community in attendance.

Mrs. Miller's presence is vital to the continued exposure of Anthus Life and Natural plus Energy and the follow-up business development opportunities for our products. As a result of attending the Lady Luck Tournament, the Company has been in discussions with a national distributor of sports-oriented products, which would provide access to the gymnastics and dance communities.

Peter Hellwig, President & CEO of Stakool and Anthus Life, states, "We are always excited about fostering relationships with distributors that serve very specific purposes. The concept of developing traction in a defined market is a good strategy. It is more profitable and rewarding to define a market and develop a loyal following within that market." The discussion with this particular national distributor includes the deployment of the products to more than 6,000 gymnastics clubs and dance studios throughout the United States.

The company is making progress on the business development front and staying on course with its growth strategy. More announcements will be made as sales contracts and agreements are confirmed.
