Stanford Athletics Introduces 2006 Football Ticket Sales & Priority Seating Program

Press Conference and Media Hard-Hat Tour Scheduled January 30

STANFORD, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 23, 2006 --


What:   Stanford Athletics will hold a press conference to introduce the
        2006 Football Ticket Sales and Priority Seating Program for the new
        Stanford Stadium, as well as provide an update on the construction
        progress to date. Following the press conference, media will be
        invited to participate in a hard-hat tour of the stadium
        construction site.

Who:    Press conference speakers include:
        - Bill Walsh, Hall of Fame football coach and Interim Athletic
          Director
        - Ray Purpur, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Facilities,
          Operations and Finance
        - Chris Hutchins, Special Assistant to the Athletic Director on
          Stadium Management

When:   Monday, January 30, 2006
        11:00 a.m. (Hard-hat tour immediately following press conference)

Where:  Stanford University, Arrillaga Family Sports Center - Kissick
        Auditorium
        641 E. Campus Drive, Stanford, CA 94305

RSVP:   Tour participants will be entering an active construction site;
        appropriate clothing and footwear are required. To participate in
