Stanley B. Levy Joins BioSolar Technical Team

Holder of Multiple Patents Has History of Bold Innovations in Plastic Film Development

SANTA CLARITA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 12, 2007 -- BioSolar, Inc. (OTCBB: BSRC), developer of a breakthrough technology to produce thin film, flexible solar cells on bio-based plastic substrates, today announced that Stanley B. Levy has joined the company's technical team. As a technical consultant, Dr. Levy will assist BioSolar with the development of its new bio-based substrate.

"Dr. Levy brings a wealth of experience to BioSolar," said David Lee, the Company's President and CEO. "He spent 27 years at DuPont working on many of their premiere films, including Teflon, Mylar and Kapton, and is the author of 12 patents. Dr. Levy holds two degrees from the University of Connecticut: a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
