Star Comments on EgyptAir Loss

The emotion is understandable but we must realize that many of these services are partial and may not give completely accurate information. What is needed is:

- Real Time and accurate tracking and positioning of the aircraft, not based on a tier system or service providers interpreting radar or transponder signals. No delay, no interpretation, no coverage blind zone

- Information on the key systems and parameters of the aircraft that can help understand what has happened before an eventual recovery of the flight data recorders.

Star Navigation has worked with International Regulatory bodies such as ICAO and IATA and contributed to their recommendations regarding tracking and information streaming after the AF 447 and MH370 losses.
