Star Navigation Announces Option Grant

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2011) - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SNA) ("Star" or the "Company"), announces that on February 4, 2011, pursuant to its 2006 Incentive Stock Option Plan as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company granted incentive stock options to an officer of the Company to purchase up to 500,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options expire February 15, 2015 and are exercisable at a price of $0.21 per share.
