State of Vermont to Deploy Initial 15 Procera Networks' PL5600 Appliances to Manage and Secure Statewide Network of Wi-Fi Hotspots

Vermont Plans for 100+ Potential Wireless Internet Access Points at Welcome Center Sites and Roadside Rest Areas

LOS GATOS, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 30, 2006 -- Procera® Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of intelligent network traffic and service management infrastructure equipment, announced that the State of Vermont will deploy Procera's PacketLogic to manage and secure a statewide network of Wi-Fi hot zones that will provide pay-as-you-go wireless broadband access for travelers. Initial rollout will begin in December 2006, and be managed by Summit Technologies, a leading wireless solution provider that has deployed multiple enterprise wireless LANs and hotspot implementations throughout the New England Area.
