President Obama Announces Release of Clean Power Plan to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions

FOLSOM, CA--(Marketwired - August 03, 2015) - The California Independent System Operator issued the following response to President Obama's Clean Power Plan, which aims to limit greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.
