The 150th anniversary of Confederation is just around the corner! On November 12, we will be 50 days away from the official launch of major celebrations that will take place in every region of the country throughout 2017.
The Government of Canada-together with its many valued partners, including CBC, official partner of the Canada 150 Countdown-will mark this countdown milestone by lighting up famous sites and buildings across Canada in red. Wherever you live, join us on Saturday, November 12. Share your best moments on social media by using the hashtags #Canada150 and #CBC2017, and participate in our Day 50 contest.
