Statoil Publishes Its Form 20-F

STAVANGER, NORWAY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 20, 2007 -- Statoil (OSE: STL) (NYSE: STO) is today, 20 March, publishing the online edition of its annual report and accounts on US Form 20-F. These documents are available on the group's website at http://www.statoil.com/ir.

The HTML version of Form 20-F will be available on the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) website in the Edgar database at http://www.sec.gov from 16.00 CET today.
