STATS Teams With Leading Online Search Engine

NORTHBROOK, IL--(Marketwire - November 17, 2008) - STATS LLC announced today that it is working with Google to provide STATS' global sports information across the world through Google's search and sports gadgets.

Gadgets are mini-applications that support rich markup language (XML, Flash) and enable a wide array of visual effects and animation.

STATS will provide Google with real-time scoring, schedules, standings and results across all major sports worldwide. As part of the agreement, STATS will deepen its coverage to include 111 new sports, including billiards, camogie and sumo.

STATS is the market leader in global football coverage, covering the most prestigious football leagues around the world. The company is also a partner to numerous professional leagues including exclusive relationships with the NBA and NFL.

STATS enjoys a global presence, recently announcing the formation of STATS Middle East and STATS Europe. The company also holds major market positions through affiliates in India, China and Japan.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
