Discussions and Workshops Generate New Ideas for Future CRM Product Development

The CAFE conference, attended by representatives of pharmaceutical and life sciences companies using the StayinFront EdgeRx® and TouchRx® CRM platforms, was an opportunity for candid discussion among sales, operations, marketing and IT executives about the challenges they face in today's competitive and regulated environment. The meeting included an update of the StayinFront CRM technology roadmap as well as workshops on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Sampling and Inventory, the Sunshine Act and the Future of Training.

Mitchell Friedberg, Director of Sales Operations for Mylan Specialty, delivered the keynote address on integrating Closed Loop Marketing (CLM). Mitch discussed the challenges Mylan encountered and overcame along with the coordination and collaboration needed to successfully merge technology and content within the confines of regulation.
