Steelwedge Software Helps Tellabs Launch Dynamic Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process

The new, comprehensive Sales & Operations Planning process incorporates extensive supply, demand and financial input and feedback from sales, marketing, operations and finance. It is based on the earlier Global Demand Management Initiative which is also driven by Steelwedge Software.
