Under the agreement, Loyalty Sci will resell, implement and support the Stellar Consumer Relationship Cloud in Latin America as part of a complete market-leading customer loyalty and engagement solution. By standardizing its end-to-end strategy, marketing and technical services on the Stellar Consumer Relationship Cloud, Loyalty Sci will go to market with a modern and comprehensive offering to help brands acquire new customers, recognize, engage and reward them, to build more loyal and profitable relationships.
The global loyalty market is expected to grow to $4 billion USD by the year 2020. During this period, Latin America is expected to see the highest CAGR at 29%.* Building on its EMEA expansion earlier this year, Stellar Loyalty has partnered with regional expert Loyalty Sci to most effectively capture market share in the rapid-growth Latin American markets.
