Stephen Sadler Acquires Common Shares of STT Enviro Corp. on Conversion of Debenture

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 1, 2014) - Stephen Sadler announces that he has acquired 5,000,000 common shares of STT Enviro Corp. (formerly Semcan Inc.) ("STT") on the conversion of a convertible debenture previously acquired in April of 2011. Mr. Sadler currently owns 14.15% of the issued and outstanding common shares of STT.
