Stephenson's Rental Services Income Fund Declares Cash Distribution

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 19, 2007) - Stephenson's Rental Service Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:RNT.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.0917 per Class A unit for the period from April 1, 2007 to April 30, 2007, to be paid May 15, 2007 to holders of record of Class A units of the Fund on April 30, 2007.

The announcement of the April distribution is the twenty-first consecutive distribution to be declared by the Fund consistent with its intention, as stated in its final prospectus, to pay regular monthly cash distributions in the estimated amount of $0.0917 per Class A unit.
