Stephenson's Rental Services Income Fund Names Vice Presidents

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 22, 2005) -

Stephenson's Rental Service Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:RNT.UN) announced today the following new appointments:

Tom Newell has been named Vice President, Business & Strategic Planning. Mr. Newell currently holds the position of Vice President, Operations and has been with the Company for 11 years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with honors from Laurier University. This newly created position will focus energy and resources on our growth initiatives, including new branches and acquisitions.

Wayne Macneall has been named Vice President, Branch Operations. Mr. Macneall has been with the Company for 16 years and currently holds the position of District Manager overseeing nearly half of the Company's branch network
