StillSecure Delivers Managed Multi-Factor Authentication Security Services

SUPERIOR, CO--(Marketwire - Jul 12, 2011) - StillSecure®, a managed network security solutions and certified compliance company, today announced the immediate availability of the StillSecure Managed Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Service for organizations seeking a higher level of security and those currently struggling with regulatory compliance standards, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The service can reduce the incidence of network security breaches by requiring multiple factors to properly identify a user and to ensure they are who they say they are.

StillSecure's MFA service, based on the market-leading RSA SecureID technology, provides a strong, additional layer of defense to existing network security. It allows network administrators to access the StillSecure Radar Portal by entering a highly secure password and a random code generated by a token keychain held by the user. Users of StillSecure's VPN service can also utilize the MFA service. The StillSecure issued token provides a single use password that automatically changes at a pre-determined interval -- e.g. every 60 seconds.

The StillSecure Multi-Factor Authentication Security Service complies with PCI DSS and other regulatory frameworks. Users can add, delete and modify identities through an online self-service console, as well as easily assign and remove RSA SecureID Token fobs through our Security Operations Centers.

"While some networks may require several data elements such as user name, password, PIN, security question to gain access, they are only protected by a single factor -- information the user knows," said James Brown, Chief Technology Officer for StillSecure. "By requiring something the user owns -- a physical token -- StillSecure's Multi-Factor Authentication Service gives our customer's networks a significant security advantage. With StillSecure's MFA Service customers encountering a compromised password database are protected from unauthorized network access."

The StillSecure Multi-Factor Authentication Security Service can be purchased directly from StillSecure, or through StillSecure channel partners. The Multi-Factor Authentication Service can be purchased individually or can be bundled with other security solutions, such as PCI Complete.

MFA is fully supported by StillSecure's security analysts and engineers working in the company's Security Operations Centers who manage and monitor networks on a 24x7x365 basis.
