Last week ALL Fuels & Energy Company also reported that the Iowa Transportation Commission (ITC) has awarded the City of Manchester, IA, up to $306,000 for road improvements for AFSE's proposed 100 million gallon per year ethanol production facility. According to that press release, the ITC's grant is in addition to over $17 Million in infrastructure improvements, tax credits and tax abatements previously obtained by AFSE's Manchester Subsidiary from the City of Manchester and the Iowa Department of Economic Development."
