StoneMor Partners L.P. Declares Its Quarterly Cash Distribution and Announces When It Will Hold Its Investors' Conference Call for First Quarter 2007 Financial Results

BRISTOL, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 27, 2007 -- StoneMor Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: STON) announced today that it has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.50 per unit, payable on May 15, 2007, to common and subordinated unit holders of record as of the close of business on May 4, 2007.

StoneMor plans to hold an investors' conference call to review its first quarter 2007 results (which will be released before this call) on Thursday, May 10, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
