Stoneware, Inc. Announces Google Calendar and Gmail Integration in Private Cloud Software, webNetwork 6

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - February 8, 2011) - Stoneware, Inc., a hybrid cloud software company, announced today the native integration of Google's Gmail and calendar service into their hybrid cloud software offering, webNetwork. Google integration allows webNetwork users to natively access their Google mail messages and calendar appointments within the cloud's virtual web desktop, webOS.

"The native integration of Google's Gmail and Calendar applications into Stoneware's virtual web desktop is another critical step in creating a desktop built inside of a browser," states Carl Seaver, CIO, Stoneware, Inc. "The native integration of Google's collaborative applications demonstrates the power of the hybrid cloud approach where a customer's private and public applications blend together in a unified web desktop."

Google calendar and Gmail integration is a part of the Groupware Agent that ships with webNetwork 6.0 Service Pack 4. It is the third collaborative product to be integrated into the webNetwork hybrid cloud platform behind Microsoft's Exchange and Novell's GroupWise.
