Analysts and Senior Executives Speak Out on Storage and the Content Value Chain

SAN JOSE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 19, 2006 -- The Storage Visions Conference, demonstrating practical applications of digital storage in the content value chain, announces that TVWorldwide will be the Official Conference Web Caster. Storage Visions 2007 (a partner to the International CES) will be held January 6 & 7, 2007 at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.

During the 2007 Storage Visions Conference TVWorldwide (, which operates the Internet's first TV Network, will record SV07 and make video and audio feeds of the conference available live on January 7. The production and distribution studio for the web casts will be on the SV07 exhibit floor in a Digital Storage and Content Creation and Distribution area. The web casts are open to sponsorships, providing extra exposure to a company with special web cast interviews. On Saturday, January 6, 2007, session B-1 moderated by Jim Porter from DiskTrend features prominent analysts specializing in flash, hard disk drives and consumer electronics discussing the critical issues for Storage and the Content Value Chain. Session participants include Tom Coughlin from Coughlin Associates, Jim Handy from Objective Analysis and Ross Rubin from NPD. The Q&A panel following the talks will also include Krishna Chander from iSuppli, John Rydning from IDC and John Kim from TrendFocus.

That same day Harry Blount from Lehman Brothers will chair the Financial Analyst and Venture Capitalist Perspectives on Entertainment Storage session, D-1. The panel will include John Rotchford from SASI, Andrew Williamson from Alexander Dunham Capital, John Mascarenas from Intel and Barbara Grant from American River Ventures.

Also on January 6, just before the evening reception, Wolfgang Schlichting from IDC moderates the Who's Watching Optical Storage session, E-1. Participating in this session debating Blu Ray vs. HD-DVD as well as other optical storage formats and discussion of the "just released" holographic storage products will be: Sandra Benedetto from Pioneer Electronics, Mike Koclanes from Plasmon, Liz Murphy from InPhase, Kilroy Hughes from Microsoft and Paul Castellana from Toshiba Storage Device Division.
