Stork Veco Electroformed Parts feature holes, slots, and complex shapes down to 2 micron with tolerances to ±0.5 micron and can include up to one million holes per square inch. Ideally suited for applications where precise drop size control or optical adjustments are critical, they can be made from nickel and palladium nickel with coatings.

Manufactured to OEM specification, Stork Veco Electroformed Parts offer sharp edge definition with a venturi profile and virtually any hole shape and pattern design, including complex apertures and slits. Burr-free and fully repeatable, typical electroforming applications include nebulizers, piezo pumps, otoscopes, mechanical pump components, and dosing instruments.
