StorQuest Supports Community Conscience at Their 18th Annual Mardi Gras Ball

WESTLAKE, CA--(Marketwire - February 26, 2010) - Community Conscience hosted their 18th Annual Mardi Gras Ball at the Westlake Plaza Hyatt Hotel to benefit Under One Roof. The Thousand Oaks based foundation seeks to provide rent-free space to between 10-12 service oriented non-profit organizations. These organizations help serve the poor and needy, the elderly and alone, and many others.

With nearly 400 people in attendance of the Mardi Gras Ball, including government officials, local business leaders, and supporters of Community Conscience, StorQuest Self Storage, together with First California Bank, FB Productions, and The Mel Ashcraft Family served as Platinum sponsors to the gala.

StorQuest Self Storage in Thousand Oaks is gearing up to debut in mid-March with just over 57,000 rentable square feet of regular and climate controlled self storage in a four story, state-of-the-art facility. The property is located on Skyline Drive between Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive and seeks to serve the surrounding communities of North Ranch, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Moorpark and Oak Park.

There were over 200 silent auction items sold, including a trip to Manzanillo, Mexico for up to six couples. The Community Conscience event marked a great success, as the Organization was pleased to boast an estimated $50,000 raised by the event.
