Strait Gold to Present Update October 5 at Focus on Peru

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 28, 2011) - Strait Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SRD) is pleased to announce that it will present an update of its Alicia copper-gold exploration project October 5, 2011, at Focus on Peru, a half-day seminar organized by On The Ground Group and jointly sponsored by Macleod Dixon LLP, the Minerals Resources Analysts Group and the Peruvian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

Strait Gold Corporation is a Canadian mineral exploration company active solely in Peru and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
