Stralak Resources Inc. Announces Interim Financial Statements to be Delayed, Provides Corporate Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 30, 2006) -

Interim Financial Statements

Stralak Resources Inc. ("SRK" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:SRK) announced that the filing of its interim financial statements for the period ended August 31, 2006 have been delayed past the October 30, 2006 due date pending the delivery of certain corporate records and materials which have not been forthcoming, in order to prepare these statements.

Corporate Update

Effective September 28, 2006, Debra Dupuis has resigned as an officer and director of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Steven Williams as interim president pending a comprehensive search by the Company for a new chief executive officer. Mr. Williams is Mohawk, born and raised on the Grand River Territory of the Six Nations, where he resides with his family. He is a former Chief of Six Nations (1991 to 1995), and has been a member of numerous boards and commissions, such as the Finance Committee (Ontario representative) of the Assembly of First Nations, Chair of the Ontario Indian Economic Development Board, and Vice-President (for Ontario) of the National Aboriginal Business Association. Mr. Williams is also the President of Grand River Enterprises Six Nations Ltd.
