"Strategic Insights Radio" Special Episode on Gwinnett Business RadioX

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - June 19, 2015) - On May 21, 2015, Gwinnett Business RadioX aired the inaugural special episode of "Strategic Insights Radio." Host Mike Sammond sat down with expert speaker Vlad Rusz to discuss the topic "Why do businesses fail when they grow too fast?"

Rusz is CEO of Sterling Rose Consulting Corp, a Georgia-based company that provides business plan creation and review, online and offline marketing, marketing plan creation and review, accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, operations, payroll services, Zoho CRM customization, Zoho CRM implementation and business consulting. Rusz is a serial entrepreneur who started his first business at the age of 18 and now has four successful businesses with revenues from $150,000 to over $5 million.

"Strategic Insights Radio" is a monthly show that discusses topics about how to succeed in business, what risks exist, and how to mitigate those risks. Rusz addressed the issue of businesses failing when they grow too fast. "Currently there are 543,000 businesses opening each month in the US. Unfortunately, 100,000 of them close each month."

"Contributing factors to this high failure rate include growing too fast, failing to control finances, lack of reserved capital, and choice of location," explained Rusz.

You can hear Rusz and Sammond's in-depth discussion by listening to this interview in its entirety on Gwinnett Business Radio.
