TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 5, 2011) - Strategic Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:STI) ("Strategic" or "the Company"), wishes to update shareholders that further to its press release of June 16, 2011 the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled to ensure there is sufficient time for shareholders to receive their materials following a resumption of service by Canada Post.
The meeting will be held at the offices of Gardiner Roberts LLP, Suite 3100, Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday July 21, 2011.
For shareholders voting by proxy, proxies must now be submitted by 11:00 a.m. Toronto time on Tuesday July 19, 2011.
