Stratton Holdings Inc. / KIDSational, Inc. Announces Share Reduction and Stock Buyback

LOS GATOS, CA--(Marketwire - February 18, 2009) - Stratton Holdings Inc. / KIDSational, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KDSC) is pleased to release the following update on its operations:


As previously announced in December 2008, CEO Eric Stratton Racheff had informed shareholders of his intent to cancel 25,000,000 of his personal shares. The CEO and Directors of KDSC confirm via this press release that this will take place February 25th, 2009. Verification can be obtained after that date by contacting the Transfer Agent of the company, PacWest Transfer.

In addition to the foregoing a Share Buyback Program has begun, in the open market. This will be a continual plan over time that is designed to create an ideal share structure. For the month of February 2009 Two Million (2,000,000) shares have been purchased in the open market by the company.
