(OTCQB: LUXDD) (OTCQB: LUXD) ("StreamTrack") today announced that its RadioLoyalty™ platform, one of the fastest growing internet streaming and broadcasting monetization platforms in new media, has signed a 2 year agreement with Scratch.fm to white label, administer and maintain StreamTrack's UniversalPlayer™ throughout the term of the agreement. The UniversalPlayer™ will be the core technology used by Scratch.fm as it builds its internet radio site for DJ-generated audio content. Scratch.fm has agreed to exclusively use the white labeled UniversalPlayer™ for the 2 year term. Additionally, StreamTrack will manage Scratch.fm's advertising within the white labeled UniversalPlayer™ to generate advertising revenues for StreamTrack. Scratch.fm will be paid a portion of these advertising revenues as they are generated. StreamTrack will receive a one-time $175,000 fee for the development work associated with the white-label version of the UniversalPlayer™.
The Scratch.fm site will be a platform where DJs create their own unique audio content that is broadcasted on the site as a unique internet radio station(s). Each internet radio station will use the UniversalPlayer™ as the primary monetization method. The site will include a community for listeners to search for and bookmark the DJ-generated content, the white-labeled UniversalPlayer™ as the user interface for listening, a station creator for the DJs, and an uploader where DJs can upload their content to their internet radio station(s).
