Streetcast TV to Partner With America One Television as Premier Name in Emerging Internet Television

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 19, 2005 -- Today marked the official launching of Streetcast TV's (www.streetcast.tv) partnership with America One Television Network. Streetcast TV, considered by high-finance insiders to be the premier online financial news network, furthered their conquest of internet broadcasting through an agreement to stream American One's News programming on www.streetcast.tv. This new partnership will begin with American One's News broadcasting daily on Streetcast TV, using leading-edge encoding software to deliver the highest quality streaming available on the internet.

Mark Cuban saw the future of internet television distribution years ago with the formation of Broadcast.com. America One Television, in association with Mr. Cuban's company, was the first network to stream their entire broadcast schedule 24x7, and the first network to provide VOD service through Westerns.com. Due to technical limitations, this initial foray into internet broadcasting lost its inertia. However, America One remained committed to being in the forefront of convergence technology. Streetcast Television is also committed to convergence technology, and as such, has created a new streaming technology which eradicates the technical issues that stymied Broadcast.com.

Streetcast Television and America One will join efforts to become the premier name in internet television. This partnership will mark the first time in the history of internet media that an internet broadcaster has ever partnered with a major cable network to deliver quality programming to viewers both on Television and online. While some have described online broadcasting as an emerging industry still in its infancy, Jay King of Streetcast TV disagrees:

"Mark Cuban saw this as the next big internet movement just a few years ago. The idea of Internet Broadcasting is nothing new, but the technology that streetcast TV is using certainly is. We want to lead the industry and provide our viewers with not only insightful content, but a clear, seamless and high-quality viewing experience. No other online broadcaster is able to provide that right now."

"We couldn't be more proud of our partnership with America One. We're making media history together, and we're committed to our vision of pushing the boundaries of internet media and online television," said Jay King, Spokesman for Streetcast TV.

"America One was the first network to catch and ride the internet streaming wave in 1998, and we are excited that we are once again leading the way on Streetcast TV's new internet technology wave. Low bandwidth broadcast quality television via the internet is finally here and so are America One and Streetcast TV," added Preston Bornman, EVP of America One.

The America One Television Network is a national broadcast network serving 131 stations across the United States. The Network provides a rich menu of programming for local broadcast stations, and also serves as a national sports cable syndication network for leagues and sports programs. Services to these content providers include master control, encrypted satellite delivery, commercial integration and traffic management, and on-air promotions.
