Streetlight Intelligence Inc. Announces Receipt of Advance Payment

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 18, 2007) - Streetlight Intelligence Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SLQ) (the "Company" or "Streetlight Intelligence") is pleased to announce it has received a US $212,000 advance payment from its Mexican agent, Resendiz y Baan S.A. de C.V. ("Resendiz y Baan"). The funds are a deposit on the previously announced sale of 4,000 Lumen IQTM units to the City of Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico. Funding for the project required approval from the State of Coahuila which has been granted. The balance of the funds for the 4,000 units will be paid in early 2008 on delivery of the units.

The firm is located in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico.
