StrikeForce Taps Into $55 Billion Federal Government Cybersecurity Market

EDISON, NJ--(Marketwire - February 14, 2011) - StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SFOR), a company that specializes in the prevention of Identity Theft & Data Breaches, announced today the signing of an Agreement with Sovran Resources Group, LLC (Sovran), an Alexandria, Virginia-based consulting firm that renders specialized corporate services such as business development, channel management, and sales to Federal, State and local governments.

Federal spending for cybersecurity will reach $10.5 billion by 2015, according to The U.S. Federal Cybersecurity Market Forecast 2010-2015. The report also points out that $10.5 billion represents an 11.3 percent share of all estimated federal spending in 2015, an increase from 10.5 percent in 2010, as noted in an Information Week Report, authored by Market Research Media. In addition, it states, with the increased investment, the federal government's total cumulative cybersecurity spending would be $55 billion between 2010 and 2015.

"Sovran's management and consultants have developed solid relationships in the Federal and other government levels, specifically in the areas of national security, information systems and telecommunications, as well as the private sector including various well known government integrators for over 30 years," says John Royall, Sovran Chairman & CEO. "We are proud to represent StrikeForce, primarily in the government sector, and excited about the technology solutions StrikeForce can contribute to our National Security through their security products, GuardedID®'s keystroke encryption and ProtectID®'s patented 2-factor and Out-of-Band Authentication," says Royall. Sovran has tasked five seasoned business development professionals to immediately implement a proven strategy for government marketing, sales and a channel program for StrikeForce's offerings.

"We are very excited about our agreement with Sovran and look forward to their assistance in identifying and introducing StrikeForce to their vast list of potential customers, channel and strategic partners. Sovran has already developed and commenced the execution of the strategic plan for StrikeForce, as the Company enters into the government markets. We couldn't have chosen a stronger partner to represent StrikeForce and our proprietary products that specialize in preventing data breaches and stolen identities unlike any other products," says Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce. "We are looking for a financially successful and long term partnership with the Sovran Resources Group in 2011 and beyond," says Kay.
