StrikePoint Gold Inc. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 15, 2016) - StrikePoint Gold Inc. (the "Company" or "StrikePoint") (TSX VENTURE:SKP) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement raising gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 through the issuance of up to 10,000,000 shares at a price of $0.10 per share.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital and exploration purposes.
