Strong Existing Home Sales Will Continue in Hamilton and Brantford Through the First Half of 2014


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 31, 2013) - According to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation's (CMHC) Fall Housing Market Outlook report for the Hamilton and Brantford Census Metropolitan Areas (CMAs), existing home sales will continue strong through the first half of 2014. In the new home markets, residential construction should rebound in 2014 as lower inventories will support higher level of housing starts.
