Email Marketing Leaders From HauteLook, IHG, MTV Networks, Travelocity, Zappos and StrongMail to Showcase Top Performing Email Marketing Campaigns in Two DMA10 Sessions

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - September 29, 2010) -  StrongMail, a leading provider of online marketing solutions for email and social media, today announced that it will be presenting two email marketing panels at the upcoming DMA2010, the Direct Marketing Association's annual conference and exhibition taking place October 9 - 14 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. StrongMail customers participating in the panels include HauteLook, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), MTV Networks, Travelocity and Zappos.

The Wednesday panel, "Ultimate Email Marketing: Big Brands Square Off," is part of The DMA's "Back by Popular Demand" series of audience favorite sessions from last year's DMA2009. Ryan Deutsch, vice president of emerging media for StrongMail's ThreadMarketing email and social CRM agency, is updating the panel for DMA2010 with email marketing experts from HauteLook, MTV Networks and Travelocity. As part of the interactive session, each brand will present a top-performing email marketing campaign for evaluation from other panelists and session attendees. Then, the audience will vote for the best campaign, crowning one brand the Ultimate Email Champion.

The Tuesday panel, "The Customer Engagement Nexus: Big Brands Face Their Customers," brings together another talented group of email marketers from IHG, Zappos and MTV Networks. Each panelist will present successful customer engagement programs, complete with their underlying strategies and results. Then the audience, which will contain actual customers of these brands, will have the opportunity to provide feedback on their effectiveness and pose questions about the program objectives and strategy.
