STS and GSI Announce Alternative Business Model


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 15, 2014) - Southern Trust Securities, Inc. (STS) (PINKSHEETS: SOHL) and Global Strategic Investments, LLC (GSI) announced a mutual decision to join forces using a more direct alternative and terminate the Branch Agreement process.

STS's Robert Escobio commented, "The regulatory process to implement a Branch Agreement is costly and complex; therefore, we have decided to terminate the interim process with a more efficient alternative."
