STURGIS, MI--(Marketwired - Feb 19, 2015) -  Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: STBI) announces the appointment of Michael R. Frost to the Board of Directors for Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. and Sturgis Bank & Trust Company.

Mr. Frost is a 1993 graduate of Sturgis High School, 1997 graduate from Kalamazoo College with a degree in Economics and 2003 MBA graduate from Washington University in St. Louis. He received The Charles F. Knight Award which is given to the top 10 in the graduating class and is based on academic performance.
