Subsentio Acquires Lawful Intercept Business From Neustar

Deal Propels Subsentio to Leadership of U.S. CALEA Compliance Market


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - Jun 5, 2015) - Subsentio, the CALEA Compliance Company™, today acquired the lawful intercept assets from Neustar, Inc. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, the customers of compliance mandated services under the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), as well as subpoena management and other requirements of U.S. national security and privacy laws, are now fully managed by Subsentio.

With this move, Subsentio more than doubles its customer base, support staff and revenue as the largest CALEA Trusted Third Party service bureau in North America. The company has opened new offices in Northern Virginia, both to service new and existing clients and to ensure close proximity to the headquarters of federal law enforcement and national policymaking on matters of lawful surveillance.
