"Our unique selling point is the ability to bend over backwards to meet customer demand," says Wilford. Microtronix currently has over 200 active customers, ranging from small customers ordering 100 boards a month, to large customers placing orders for 10-20 thousand boards a month. Even though these orders vary in size, Microtronix guarantees to treat each and every customer the same.

"We like to give the same level of service to all customers, we treat them all equally," says Wilford. "We try and match the right technical staff and account managers to the right customers. We have certain customers which require far greater levels of business and commercial support for their growth as well."
