Breathtec Biomedical, Inc., (CSE: BTH) ("Breathtec" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is has completed a non-brokered private placement financing raising $1,087,400 by the issuance of 14,498,664 units at $0.075 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share ("Share") and one transferable, common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional Share at $0.15 for a period of three years from the date of closing.
The Company did not pay finders' fees in respect of the financing. The Shares, and any Shares issued on the exercise of the Warrants, are subject to a restricted resale period under Canadian securities law and cannot be traded before March 26, 2017.
The proceeds of the offering will be used by Breathtec to support new business efforts and for general corporate purposes.
