Suddenlink Deploys Sigma's Service Management Platform 3.0

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 30, 2006) - Sigma Systems,, a leading provider of service management, provisioning and OSS solutions, that manages next-generation services on IP broadband and wireless networks, has been selected by Suddenlink Communications (, a Top 10 U.S. cable operator serving 1.3 million customers.

Suddenlink will deploy Sigma's Service Management Platform (SMP) 3.0, along with Sigma's Cable Solution 3.1, a fully-automated service management solution, to provision its high-speed data and VoIP telephony subscribers.

Sigma's Cable Solution and Sigma SMP have been deployed multiple times globally and will now assist Suddenlink in managing its aggressive subscriber growth plans for broadband services. These industry-leading solutions from Sigma's Product Portfolio will serve as cornerstones of Suddenlinks' back office infrastructure.
