Suffer Apparel Secures Multi Million Dollar Sale With Brazilian Distributor

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - February 18, 2011) - Suffer Apparel (PINKSHEETS: SUFF) today announced that its Summer Collection was a huge success at the MAGIC convention. The company has already entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a large apparel distributor in Brazil.

Suffer Director Frank Mir stated, "Brazil is a great market for us to be tapping into right now. The UFC is planning to host an event there August 27th, that alone should tell you that it's a growing market. We plan on working with the distributor to make sure Suffer is a dominant brand in Brazil as well as other countries."

As part of the MOU, Suffer will be sending Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion Robert Drysdale, a former resident of Brazil that trained there at Brasa Jiu-Jitsu Club in São Paulo, to promote Suffer throughout the country.

Suffer President Joseph Lewis stated, "Sending Robert down to Brazil to promote Suffer adds legitimacy to our brand in Brazil. He's well known here in the states, but down there he's a living legend. Frank Mir will also be making some appearances sometime after his fight in May. The international marketplace for MMA apparel is growing, and they like what we are about."

The MOU allows for the group to distribute Exclusively in Brazil and Non-Exclusively to other areas of South America. The company has received a negotiable deposit based on an initial sale of Five Million US Dollars. Per terms of the MOU we may not disclose the name of the distribution group.
